Your Professional Edition Subscription comes with a minimum number of one seat and must be renewed annually. To add seats (users) or renew your subscription, click Upgrade Now! to the left of your name in the upper-right part of the screen.
You also have the option to purchase or update the number of seats in your account by clicking the triple-dot icon in the upper-right, then by clicking Upgrade/Manage My Account.
From here, you will be brought to the LabArchives ELN Purchase Page. You now have the option to bundle your ELN subscription with our Inventory platform.
Click the Commercial/For Profitor Academic/Non-Profit radio dial to select your organization type. Here you will be able to add additional seats to your subscription or Bundle Up with Inventory. Purchasing additional seats and/or bundling will increase the cost of your subscription.
Click Subscribe Now or Bundle Up to be brought to the purchase page.
You will see this view if you choose to bundle your subscription.
On this page you will see the total cost of your new subscription. You can then select PayPal or Debit or Credit Card to make your purchase. You may need to input additional information to complete your purchase depending on your payment selection. After submitting your payment, you will promptly receive a receipt of your purchase via email.

Adding seats to your subscription
If you would like to add additional seats to your account, first click Upgrade/Manage My Account.
To add seats, input a number you would like to add in the seats field and click Upgrade. Next, you will be brought to the purchase screen. You will have the option to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. After submitting your payment, you will promptly receive a receipt of your purchase via email.
If you are purchasing for someone at your institution or if you require an invoice, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Company or Institution name
- User email
- Phone number
- Purchaser address or PO box
- Is this a new purchase or a renewal?
- Number of seats being purchased
- The name of your Regional Account Manager (if known)
- Payment amount
