LabArchives allows you to share your data with other people. There are multiple ways to do this, and below we outline the recommended method depending upon what you want to share. To share data you must be either the Notebook Owner or an Administrator (Account or Notebook). For more information on other Roles please go Here.
How do I grant someone temporary and/or limited access?
The best way to grant somebody temporary access is to add this person as a guest using the share feature on the notebook navigator. You can share the entire notebook or specific items in this manner.
The notebook navigator also allows you to share a specific folder, page, or entry with edit or read-only rights. You can do this for guests as well as for your notebook users. For more information about how to share using this method and a step by step guide, Click Here.
How do I add people to a single notebook?
Once a notebook is created, you can grant full edit rights to people using our User Management tool. In this tool, you can manage all your users in a notebook, their roles, and some of their privileges. If you would like to learn more about this tool, Click Here.
How do I add a person to multiple notebooks?
An owner of a notebook can add and manage people under their account, using the Account Manager tool. This allows the Notebook Owner or the Account Administrator add a person to multiple notebooks simultaneously and manage their roles. To learn more about this feature, Click Here.
How do I make a group?
