Labs will frequently use disposable or reusable items that don’t constitute the standard definition of a resource in LabArchives Scheduler. Instead, these items are tracked by creating Accessories.
While the setup of accessories is available to Administrators only, you can add an accessory to your booking at any time by selecting Accessories in the booking page.
After selecting Accessories, you are provided with a list of all available accessories for that resource. Choose the quantity of accessories you wish to use, then click Done.
When your accessories are added to a reservation, they will appear below the Accessories option, as seen below:
