The Notebook Manager can be used to organize and manage all the notebooks you have access to. You can control which notebooks appear in the Notebook Navigator, remove yourself from notebooks you no longer need, delete notebooks you own, and clone notebooks.
To open the Notebook Manager, click the triple-dot menu, select Utilities, and then Notebook Manager.
You can also access the Notebook Manager by clicking the Notebook Stack icon in the Notebook Navigator after selecting Notebooks.
Notebook Manager Features
The Notebook Manager includes both informational and action-based tools to help you manage your notebooks effectively.
Informational Features
- Notebook Name – Click the name to open that notebook.
- Your Role – Displays your role in the notebook.
- Activities – Shows the total number of activities in the notebook.
- Last Activity – Indicates when the notebook was last updated.
- Include in Navigator? – Choose which notebooks appear in the Notebook Navigator.
Actions
- Delete (trash can icon) – Delete notebooks that you own.
- Remove Me (head and shoulder icon) – Remove yourself from a notebook you do not own.
- Clone (copy or duplicate icon) – Creates a copy of a notebook you own, including all folders, pages, entries, revision history, and the current notebook members. The new notebook will have “– copy” added to its name and can be renamed it in the Notebook Navigator.
Notebook Dumpster
To restore a notebook within the 30-day period, open the Notebook Manager, select the Notebook Dumpster and click the redo icon in the Undelete column for the notebook you want to recover.
