I Need Help Getting my PDF
If you did not receive you PDF in your email, you can obtain your PDF in the Activity Feed.
- Click on the triple dot icon in the upper right-hand corner of the LabArchives screen
- Select Activity Feed. This will open a new tab or window
- On the Activity Feed page, be sure Feed Type "User" is selected, confirm you see your name, "Report" is selected as a filter
- Navigate through the Activity Feed until you find "'Your name' generated a PDF 'Your Notebooks Name'" (This activity should be towards the top of the Activity Feed)
- Click on "Download Report"

I can't Find my Organization
If this is your first time accessing this organization but you don't see the resources or schedules you expect, contact your Application Administrator to receive an invitation.
If you were invited to an organization but it shows up blank:
1. Go to your name at the top right corner
2. Find “Switch Organizations”
3. Select your Organization
If you still do not see your organization, reach out to your Application Administrator to receive an invitation

I’m Getting a Blank screen in my Notebook
Try the following steps below:
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache. Clear "Everything" or clear from "All time".
- Ensure your browser is completely up to date. If it is not, update your browser.
- Completely reboot your machine.
- Try to login to LabArchives

My Colleague Invited Me to Their Notebook, I Can't Find It
You should have received an invitation email that you were invited to a notebook. Click on the link to be redirected to the notebook. If you did not receive an invitation, reach out to the Notebook Owner or Administrator.
If you want to find this notebook manually:
- Click on “Notebook # >" on the left-hand side of the screen
- In the list, select the notebook you are looking for

I can't see my course notebook
Your instructor should provide you with steps to join your course. You may receive an invitation email, a sign-up URL, or they may ask you to click on the assignment from Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle. If you aren’t sure how to join your course, contact your instructor for help.
If you have joined the course, but you don’t see it in your account, try following the steps below.
- Click on “Notebook # >" on the left-hand side of the screen
- In the list, select the course notebook you are looking for
