Anyone can create a free LabArchives ELN account. If your team or organization does not have a paid-Professional Edition or Enterprise License, your new account will be created under the Free Edition account plan. Learn more about our different subscription plans here. To assist with account upgrades or questions around pricing and purchasing a Professional Edition or Enterprise level license, email support@labarchives.com or contact our sales team here.
When creating an account, select which regional server you would like your account and data hosted on. After creating the account, the same server will be used for all future logins. If your organization has an existing Professional Edition or Enterprise License subscription plan, your new account should be created on the regional server where the current license has been set up.
In some cases, you may be invited to join a LabArchives Notebook before having the chance to create an account. If that should occur, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Following this link will automatically direct your account to the correct server.
