Many of our Enterprise level partners require the use of Single Sign-on (SSO) to create and access their LabArchives accounts. SSO provides an additional layer of security allowing the institution to centrally provision and deprovision access to supported applications and also reduces password fatigue and the time spent managing multiple logins. For Enterprise customers looking to learn more about SSO, please contact your organization's LabArchives team or support@labarchives.com.
LabArchives maintains separate regional servers and therefore separate login URLs for each region. Ensure that all browser bookmarks point to the correct region for your LabArchives account. When using Single Sign-on with LabArchives, you will be redirected from the LabArchives regional login page to your institution's SSO page to complete your login.

- Clear your browser cache at the end of each session.
- Ensure your browser is set to delete session cookies upon closing.
Following these steps helps safeguard your account and keeps your data secure.
