  • Free Edition accounts no longer have access to Widget Manager. 
  • Tables in Rich Text entries updated to ensure that the original table boarder formatting is maintained after pasting into a Rich Text table making it easier for users to copy and paste tables from both Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Increased efficiency tools for tables in Rich Text entries by streamlining the selection of cells for copying portions of or all cells in a table for copying and selection and formatting of text across rows 
  • Allow alternate table size options beyond the default 10 x 10. 
  • Elevated the unordered list format option to Rich Text main menu for quick access. 
  • New notebook navigation features allow users to open multiple pages from the same notebook within the same window or to open multiple notebooks in different tabs to easily view and copy templates from one page or notebook to another. 
  • Introduced price increases for ELN and ELN-Inventory subscriptions (see the pricing page at our website).

  • Removed Accessibility Mode now that all entries that were previously dependent on that setting are inherently accessible for screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Courses linked to Canvas have a new option to use Assignment names from LabArchives or Canvas.

  • Tables copied from Excel now retain background coloring and formatting when pasted into a table in a Rich Text entry.
  • Enterprise Site Administration reports include sub-organization fields when released by organizations’ SSO.

  • Site administrators now have the option to allow publishing data via Figshare, taking advantage of their institution’s license.  When enabled, users with sharing rights can easily export data to Figshare directly from the ELN to comply with data sharing requirements and augment publications.

  • Users Properties now includes an option to manage External App Integrations to remove connections when the connection is no longer needed.
