- When creating custom roles, Lab Managers now have additional privileges that can be assigned. Custom roles can include the ability to create and edit storage locations, create and manage inventory types, as well as the ability to receive expiration and quantity notifications.

- Users can now customize the display of Inventory Lists. The Inventory List entry in the ELN integrates with LabArchives Inventory to allow creation of a list of samples or materials pulled from Inventory for an experiment. This change allows users to customize the columns displayed in the entry to align with the types of items being used.
- Quotes or other important purchase documents can now be attached to order requests by uploading a .PDF, Word, Excel, or image files to the request. These can be added to either new item requests or re-order requests.
- We have removed support for the Dymolabelwriter to set the stage for more customization options that would not be possible otherwise. Users can use either the Copy Label Information link or the Download QR Code link on the labels tab of an inventory item and import that into their preferred label software.

- Relationships (parent/child) can now be established between inventory items to create hierarchical connections between inventory items. This new feature, which is only available to premium or enterprise licenses, provides the ability to trace the origins of samples, group related items under a parent item as siblings, and document lineage across multiple generations. - We have added flexibility to the bulk upload feature by allowing a value of zero in custom fields that require a numeric input. In many cases, the value of “0” is the correct metric which can now be accommodated.
