Through the Reports feature in the navigation bar, users with the Lab Manager role or Lab Management permissions can generate a variety of Inventory reports to track the current state of items in the Inventory Lab. Select the report to download the file and access it from your local downloads folder as an Excel file.
The available reports include the following:
- Expiration Report: Includes the Inventory items that have an expiration date approaching within 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Low Quantity Report – Includes Inventory items that have a quantity below the quantity required for a reorder notification. This amount is determined and set when adding or editing an inventory item.
- Orders Report – Displays all the Order Requests under the Inventory Lab.
- Freezer Capacity Report – Shows a list of all storage locations marked as a freezer box and includes the number of cells in each freezer box, number of cells currently containing an item, and open capacity.
