Form Center is where you manage forms and data collection for notebooks that you own. You can create new forms, edit existing drafts, publish/archive forms to your notebooks, and export a form’s aggregate data as a CSV file.
Form Center is accessed via the Triple-Dot icon in the top right.
Note: You must own at least one notebook, or be assigned as an Account Administrator, in order to access Form Center.
Forms Center lists all forms under your account within a dashboard table. This list can be sorted by column and filtered using the Search function or the Status tabs. A form’s status is determined by whether a form has been published or archived. Only forms that are in “Published” status are available to use within notebooks.
At the top of Form Center is a dropdown menu to view or manage forms belonging to other notebook Owners. By default, you will access your own account’s Form Center. You can access and manage forms owned by others only if you are assigned Account Administrator privileges in their accounts.
