Notebook members who have edit access to notebook data may be able to delete notebook folders, pages, or entries. Deletions are never permanent and are included in the revision history, which also includes the ability to undelete and recover the item. Whether you accidentally remove something and need to restore it, or you're re-organizing your notebook to improve clarity and workflow, you always have the ability to recover content quickly.
Delete and Recover a Folder or Page
To delete a folder or page, right-click its name in the Notebook Navigator (or use Command+Click on macOS) and select Delete.
To recover a deleted page or folder, expand the Deleted Items (trash can icon) from the bottom of the Notebook Navigator and right-click (or Command+Click on macOS) the item, and select Undelete.
Page and folder deletions are recorded in the Activity Feed, showing the date, time, and member who performed the action.
Delete and Recover an Entry
To delete an entry, hover over the entry to display the entry toolbar, click the triple-dot menu, and select Delete.
To recover a deleted entry, select Page Tools from the upper-right hand corner of the page and View Revisions. The revisions history for the page will display with the most recent actions at the top of the table. Click Undelete next to the entry.
The entry will be brought back to the original page and placed at the top of the page or the bottom of the page based on the notebook settings. Use the entry up or down arrows to adjust its placement on the page.
