Performance Issues Experienced by EndNote Click Users
Recently, we have received several reports of performance issues from users utilizing the EndNote Click browser plugin. After an internal investigation, we've determined that this browser plug-in is responsible for loading and typing speed issues in several entry types in LabArchives ELN, as well as other platforms.
LabArchives recommends users disable the EndNote Click plug-in while operating in the ELN platform.
